Originally, this infusion was prepared with loose yerba maté. Maté in bags (as an infusion) is a different, practical way of enjoying yerba maté.
It is made in exactly the same way as yerba maté, the only difference being the grinding process: the yerba maté leaves are processed and sorted to remove stems and dust. This special selection results in a crystal-clear maté bag of excellent quality.
Preparation: heat the water to the first boil, pour it directly over the yerba maté sachet and leave the infusion to stand for five minutes. Then add the milk and sugar to taste.
