This tonic mixture will allow you to take full advantage of the two plants it contains.

To be brewed as a simple herbal tea with a hint of lemon, as a Chai by adding milk and honey or even cold with meals!

Recommended brewing time: 8 to 10 minutes.
Recommended infusion temperature: 100°.
