Sikkim lies to the north of India's Darjeeling province, and Temi is the only producer in the region to grow its tea in the Darjeeling style.
This is a mid-year tea, resulting in a fairly dark infusion. Yet the body remains light, with sweet honey notes.
This tea is easily accessible to everyone.
