Moroccan mint

Moroccan mint (Mentha spicata 'Nanah') is particularly suitable for making mint tea. It is also ideal for flavouring raw vegetables and fruit salads.

It is quite similar to our traditional spearmint; its foliage is a little more embossed and its flavour more powerful.

Recommended brewing time: 5 to 10 minutes.
Recommended infusion temperature: 100°.
