Canadian Oolong

A surprising Oolong with notes of maple syrup and nuts. This tea is similar to a black tea because of its high degree of oxidation.

An ideal tea on a gloomy day but also in winter by the fire.

Recommended infusion temperature: 90°.
Recommended brewing time: 3 to 4 minutes.
