Pi Lo Chun is harvested between the end of March and mid-April and adds a fresh spring flavour to your cup of tea. The leaf is twisted into a spiral and studded with downy leaf tips.
It has a slightly stronger, slightly acidic and slightly sweet taste.
Recommended infusion temperature: 100°
Recommended brewing time: 2 to 3 minutes.
