Yellow tea is made in special stages. After being heated in a wok, the leaves are wrapped in cloth to prevent air from passing through and to keep them warm.
The finesse of this tea offers initial lemony notes that can evolve into notes of cooked vegetables (artichoke, spinach). Yellow tea is rich in antioxidants, fluorine and minerals thanks to the high quality of the leaves and buds.
