Answers to the most frequently asked questions
As part of its commitment to democratising high-quality tea, Le Cercle du Thé has decided to offer free postage for all orders over CHF 30.00.
For all orders under CHF 30.00, we charge a flat fee of CHF 7.50.
Provided that all items are available in stock, delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days.
In some cases, delivery by our producers may unfortunately take longer due to unforeseen events. In such cases, our team will endeavour to receive the goods by another means or to find an alternative.

After each order, our system automatically sends an order confirmation by e-mail.
In rare cases, our emails may end up in your spam filter.
Perhaps you made a typo in your e-mail address? Please note that in this case, future dispatch confirmations, etc. cannot be sent.
On rare occasions, there may also be a technical problem with our site.

We offer around 250 teas, depending on availability and new arrivals, from all origins (China, Japan, India, etc.) and of all types (white teas, green teas, black teas, flavoured teas, etc.). We offer different types of packaging: 50g, 100g and muslin bags.
Under Swiss law, tea is considered to be a foodstuff. As a result, it is unfortunately impossible for us to accept a return if you do not like the product you have ordered.
However, if the product is defective or if any other problem arises, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to find a solution to satisfy you.
Le Cercle du Thé allows you to pay by credit card, postcard, TWINT, PayPal and invoice.
For payment by invoice, please ensure that you have filled in all the required fields and your date of birth correctly. You will receive the invoice separately in the middle of the month following receipt of your order. Invoices are generated by Swissbiling. If you have any questions, please contact them directly.
You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. For each order, specify the delivery address if it is different from the address associated with your customer account (billing address).
To guarantee total confidentiality of transactions, online payment by credit card on the Cercle du Thé website is secured by SSL protocol, which automatically checks the validity of access rights during payment and encrypts all exchanges to guarantee confidentiality. Thanks to SSL encryption, your bank details are never sent unencrypted over the network.
You can search for a tea using the menu or search module (type in the name). If you haven't found the tea you're looking for, it may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock (our grands crus are available in very small quantities).
