A beautiful traditional Chinese white tea, made from silver buds and the first two leaves of the tea plant. The leaves are whole, light and a beautiful green colour. Mixed with the buds, this tea looks like a beautiful flower called PAI MU TAN (white peony).
Its taste is exquisite, delicate and refreshing. It is smooth and flowery and can therefore be drunk without sugar at any time.
This beverage was reserved exclusively for the emperor, who offered it at great receptions.
