Yin Zhen

This white tea is produced in the Fujian region, in the famous Wuyi mountains. It is made from the Zhenghe Da Bai cultivar.

It is a Bai Hao Yin Zhen, the highest and most sought-after grade of the famous "Silver Needles". The fine, regular buds are picked by hand and slowly withered for several days before being gently dried.

Its texture reveals subtle and precise notes of vanilla and fresh almond, with a long-lasting vegetal note. A real bouquet of fresh roses! A sublime tea of remarkable elegance.
