Oolong Formose

This sought-after tea comes from the Tung Ting mountain (Taiwan) and has only undergone 70% fermentation.

Its fine leaves and clear infusion are reminiscent of the precious colour of jade and invade your palate with an exquisite flavour, giving off a delicate chestnut fragrance reminiscent of the beautiful autumn colours.

Recommended infusion temperature: 90°.
Recommended brewing time: 3 to 4 minutes.
